YAMManagement - Executive Content & Digital Marketing Special

DESCRIPTION:

YAM Management is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Executive Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the brand, content strategy, content production, social media channels, and book marketing and sales for our Founder & CEO. This role is pivotal in enhancing the CEO’s social media presence, promoting his unique personal brand, and driving book marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements:

Content Strategy & Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the CEO’s personal and corporate objectives.
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring they are active, engaging, and aligned with brand strategy.
• Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
• Develop social media campaigns to promote and sell the book.

Photo and Video Production:

• Take photos and occasionally manage professional shoots for promotional materials and social media content.
• Produce, shoot, and edit video content that can be used across various platforms, enhancing visual storytelling.

Book Marketing & Sales:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns for the CEO’s book.
• Liaise with publishers, distributors, and booksellers to maximize book sales and visibility.
• Work with PR to align efforts around book signings, speaking engagements, and other promotional events.

Strategic Collaboration:

• Work closely with the CEO to understand their vision and effectively communicate this through all content and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with other departments like PR, legal, and operations to ensure all activities align with corporate strategy and compliance.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies using digital analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make strategic recommendations based on data insights.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within a high-profile or executive environment.

Skills

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies.
• Strong writing skills with an understanding of or the ability to quickly grasp the principles of SEO.
• Experience with social media platforms, including analytics and advertising.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
• Personal Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with C-level executives.
• Creative, innovative, and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Complete discretion in handling sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role in Scottsdale, AZ with frequent work in the field at events, on golf courses, etc.

• Must be able to carry photo and video equipment in sometimes harsh conditions.
