The role of Warehouse Fullfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment team and inventory that supports the manufacturing build shop.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for surpervising the department staff to meet and exceed established objectives in the following areas: safety, accuracy, productivity, and inventory control. 
  • This position is responsible for ensuring a high level of accuracy and service to the build shop. 
  • Working in cooperation with the Production, Sales, and Receiving teams and other stakeholders in the operation.
  • This position requires the ability to create and track performance metrics utilizing existing systems as well as make recommendations for operational improvements.  
  • Must be comfortable with change management in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. 
  • Responsible for creating and implementing standard operating procedures.

Experience and Education Required:

  • 3 years experience with Order Fulfillment Operations.  
  • Must have a strong sense of business operations: inventory control, labor utilization, the efficiency of operations. 
  • Strong leadership skills needed, the ability to promote change, multitask, and manage multiple projects routinely. 
  • Strong ERP and Excel experience is required.
