The role of Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved with the warehouse. This includes fulfilling weekly replenishments, entering and releasing transfer orders, moving product in the warehouse, maintaining inventory of non-stock items, perform 10% quality confirmation on product, assisting with product launches, and communicating with different channels about merchandise that has arrived.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all sales portal orders for accuracy
  • Send confirmation emails for all sales orders from the sales portal
  • Print sales orders as needed for production
  • Create shipment for printed sales orders
  • Process requested changes to sales order before they enter production
  • Provide order status updates to Player Support and Sales Teams
  • Organize backorders and move them into production as soon as product becomes available
  • Review open order aging report and address any orders outside current lead time
  • Perform other related duties as assigned                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Experience: 
  • 1 years warehouse experience preferred     
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica or Salesforce beneficil                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Skills Required: 
    • A professional, positive and flexible attitude
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel
    • Able to work in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Multitasking ability, prioritization and time management skills
