Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) was founded by American entrepreneur and philanthropist Bob Parsons with the sole intent to design and develop the world’s finest golf clubs – and we believe we have done just that!  With no cost or time constraints, PXG is committed to the long process of researching various alloys, exploring new technologies, and identifying the unique properties that make PXG clubs perform unlike anything else. The Vice President will lead the eCommerce efforts of PXG during this pivotal time move to a new platform, design, and increased business results. The purpose of this key leadership role is to direct our direct-to-consumer eCommerce – enhancing the customer experience, engagement and revenue. You will partner with the other members of the leadership team to help shape our eCommerce strategy while using a team of internal staff and contractors to bring to life across the world. The following are key areas of responsibility:


  • Grow and mentor a customer-centric, high-performing integrated team responsible for bringing to eCommerce brand stories and seasonal product campaigns and all geographies
  • Own the comprehensive view of our current and potential customer base including needs, wants, shopping habits, perceptions, journey maps, and customer segmentation - and how market trends will impact these areas
  • Craft an eCommerce strategy grounded in insights and incorporating input from relevant internal and external resources
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to drive our holistic customer & eCommerce strategies across all departments in the company
  • Incorporate the voice of the consumer by providing data and insights that help shape strategy and execution across the organization
  • Build and manage eCommerce budgets and operating metrics to deliver on the strategic goals of the enterprise


  • Lead PXG’s digital DTC vision and execution
  • Drive the evolution of our website as the hub of the brand; seamlessly combining acquisition, user experience, conversion and loyalty initiatives while delivering on revenue goals
  • Lead collaboration across all website and eCommerce functions including but not limited to site UX, operations, performance metrics associated with experience & conversion, CRM/data acquisition, buying, planning, merchandising
  • Partner with the customer service team and other relevant departments, to deliver an incredible experience across all aspects of the digital consumer journey, from research to conversion to delivery to after purchase care
  • Build budgets and manage processes and people to deliver on sales and performance metrics

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-10 years of online and offline marketing experience which demonstrates a mastery of brand building in the digital world and increased responsibility
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading eCommerce
  • 3-5 years as a manager and coach
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing & writing strategic plans
  • Experience implementing, upgrading and integrating eCommerce platforms
  • Experience implementing, upgrading and integrating eCommerce platforms

Working Conditions: 

This position primarily works onsite in an office environment.  Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
