Supply Chain Logistics Analyst is responsible for providing continuous support for international transportation logistics. This role is also responsible for reviewing and coordinating transportation, schedules, and monitoring shipping materials from suppliers, distributors, and international partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air and Ocean
  • Coordinates transportation, schedules, and monitors shipments
    1. Prepares shipment documentation
    2. Ensures timely pickups, transit times, and deliveries
    3. Maintains close communication with vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers
    4. Monitor and resolve discrepancies that can be found related to the international logistics process. 
    5. Perform other related duties as required

    Experience and Education Preferred:

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 
    • Logistics and shipping experience

    Skills Required:

    • A professional, positive, and flexible attitude
    • Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel, OneNote
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, to guide additional logistics support
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Team player, willing to jump in and help where needed to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
    • Ability to learn quickly and work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment

    Working Conditions:

    This position works in an office/warehouse environment.  Must be able to bend, crouch, sit, stand, lift during the duration of your shift.
