Responsibilities:

  • Solve business problems and provide answers to business questions 
  • Participate meaningfully in requirements gathering
  • Perform Data loading and other data-related exercises, including deduplication
  • Maintain and extend the CPQ implementation
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our Salesforce implementations
  • Work with teams to create and maintain ad-hoc reporting and dashboards
  • Prepare, simplify, improve, and assist with release deployments
  • Implement and maintain automation tooling such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules
  • Assist in the setup and definition of user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of Apex classes and triggers as well as other custom objects
  • Provide feedback on capacity planning, future plans, and Salesforce-related trends
  • Evaluate and coordinate new Salesforce releases (Internal Release management)
  • Stay aware of developments in the Salesforce platform and assess impact on business
  • Develop and deliver documentation to end-users and team members to illustrate solutions, new functionality, and provide training as needed
  • Provide support to end-users to resolve any Salesforce-related issues
  • Other administrative duties as assigned (and discovered)

Experience and Education:

  • 3 years of experience with software development generally
  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration specifically
  • Postsecondary education is helpful but not required if experience and expertise suffice

Working Conditions:

This position primarily works in an office environment. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods.
