Description:

The Returns & Resale Associate is responsible for accurately processing inbound return goods from multiple customer locations and supporting the daily operations of PXG’s eBay Storefront. This individual will work in conjunction with the Resale & Returns Supervisor to assist evaluating the returned products, preparing, and processing documentation which includes credit memos as well as supporting with Daily Listings, Sales Input, Customer Support and Fulfillment, as needed. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately inventory all potential product for eBay
  • Create and manage Listings daily
  • Provide exemplary Customer Support through the eBay Platform
  • Support Fulfilment team with shipments, as needed
  • Assist with the closing out of orders
  • Manage and coordinate returns through eBay and internally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing funds through PayPal
  • Enter daily sales and manage inventory through our internal systems
  • Communicate Daily Sales to Fulfilment Team
  • Manage the credit memo process, from start to finish, and create corresponding RMAs 
  • Create SKU inventory as applicable
  • Assist in purchase order creation process
  • Provide receiving support of shipments against existing Pos

Experience and Education Required:

  • Inventory experience preferred
  • Knowledge/familiarity with accounting concepts 
  • Experience/comfort working in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Golf products/industry knowledge advantageous 
  • Prior experience with Customer Service and Communication
  • 1 -3 years’ eCommerce experience
