We are looking for an analytical and detailed oriented person to fill the role of Retail Inventory Coordinator. The Retail Inventory Coordinator is a key member of our Retail Operations team and would be responsible for the coordination and on-time deliveries of merchandise to our retail store locations.  As part of the operations team, you will collaborate across different departments to communicate deliveries and meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of goods between PXG retail locations and distribution centers.
  • Communicate with retail locations on incoming products and track deliveries.
  • Track receipt of new products and incoming deliveries 
  • Investigate discrepancies in deliveries to retail locations.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting
  • Create / Print Transfers for replenishment
  • Communicate/Email shipments with stores
  • Create, release, and track Transfers
  • Handle Non-merchandise requests
  • Make suggestions for process improvement

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree or equivalent, preferred
  • Experience with inventory, supply chain, and/or production in a product, retail, or ecommerce company preferred
  • Experience working in Fashion / Apparel industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through and a focus on execution
  • Ability to maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong computer skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Working Conditions:

This position primarily works in an office and warehouse environment. Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
