The Real Estate & Leasing Manager reports to the Vice President, Store Planning & Development.  As the Real Estate & Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for leading PXG’s site selection activities to achieve organizational expansion objectives.  In this role, you will lead strategic planning initiatives related to property searches, site selection, site analysis, developing property summaries of recommendations for key stakeholders, and preparing materials/presentations for senior leadership.  


  • Leads national real estate broker on critical path from site selection to lease
  • Prioritizes target cities and manages real estate broker resources with respect to site selection process, including market analysis (demographic data, competitor sites, etc.)
  • Develops strategy and timelines to coincide with company’s expansion goals
  • Effectively conveys PXG’s site requirements and instills vision with real estate property team to ensure brand/company Retail standards are being achieved
  • Works with real estate broker on deal and terms to support timely and effective LOI negotiations
  • Prepares deal information and support documentation for presentation to PXG leadership and ownership 
  • Leads lease administration and approval process with real estate broker and PXG’s legal team
  • Develops and implements communication plan with all stakeholders to include weekly reports, active property searches by target city, status of LOI and lease negotiations
  • Collaborates and actively involves Construction Project Manager on top properties to guide LOI/lease negotiations (tenant improvements), budget and construction timelines
  • Maintains and manages property lease rates (current & new)
  • Assesses current site selection process and procedures and provides feedback to VP, Store Planning & Development on areas of opportunity
  • Manages travel schedule and related expense reporting to best manage costs
  • Other duties as assigned or required

Experience and Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years managing real estate site selection for a multi-site retail or similar business
  • Experience in areas of architecture/design, facilities management and construction preferred
  • Golf industry experience a plus

  • Developing and managing project budgets

Working Conditions:

This position works in an office/remote work environment. Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time. Will require travel.
