The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and driving the marketing efforts of our rapidly expanding Field Sales teams across the country. Day to day, you will be leading and executing key omnichannel partner marketing initiatives to promote, grow and drive revenue in new and existing markets. This position oversees, executes, and delivers partner marketing efforts including sponsorship agreements, advertising and promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to leverage, develop and maintain an expanding brand through partner marketing 
  • Create effective marketing strategies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies
  • Support revenue growth by equipping the sales team with the marketing and promotional tools they need to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and communicate in real time to hit marketing deadlines
  • Lead weekly status calls with regional sales teams to provide corporate updates and align on marketing efforts
  • Visit with teams in the field to support key events and sponsorship activations
  • Lead the PXG Rental Program as the primary point of contact for marketing executions
  • Coordinate inventory management and replenishment of marketing materials with vendors
  • Work cross functionally to proactively integrate partner marketing content within broader monthly content planning 
  • Lead, negotiate, secure appropriate approvals, and execute deliverables for Sponsorship Agreements
  • Motivate and guide the team, encourage positivity, and generate high-quality outputs
  • Secure photo and video content from key partnership and sponsorship events for channel team use 
  • Provide monthly reporting and develop presentations to showcase marketing sponsorship performance, in coordination with Retail and Partner Marketing Coordinator
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of marketing materials for partnership needs
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Cross-functionally train with other teammates to have backups and be a backup
  • Other responsibilities as requested

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • At least 6 years of marketing experience
  • Solid ability to think creatively and analyze deliverables
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, E-mail marketing, and print production
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills as well a strong work ethic
  • Experience in the golf or events industries are a plus

  • Professional, self-confident, outgoing, and energetic
  • Exhibit a positive, cooperative attitude with team members and partners
  • Possess solid negotiation skills with a fair, yet assertive approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing deadline and performance-driven environment
  • Experience working in Jira is a plus
  • Customer service attitude and mindset
  • Enthusiasm for golf or sports in general
  • Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Working Conditions: 

This position primarily works in an office environment. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods. May be required to travel to support Sponsorship events, as needed.
