The Outbound Fitting Specialist will be responsible for developing new fitting opportunities through leads delivered by online and offline channels with potential new and existing customers. This position will make 100 calls a day in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication techniques, be a self-starter, and attention to detail that is second to none.  

Please note:  This position is remote. 


  • Contact prospective and existing PXG customers to sell and service within a team environment.
  • Successfully maintain a CRM to ensure customer follow-up and communication are high level.
  • Assist and support sales, marketing, or other departments in handling customers’ requests and needs.
  • Use data, technology, experience, and judgment to prioritize leads and define a closing approach aimed at scheduling fittings.
  • Optimize sales development through source tracking and lead scoring.
  • Execute outbound promotions and support inbound interest in special programs.
  • Develop new ideas to expand lead pipelines and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Track relevant sales activity and pipeline information to build reporting.
  • Ensure all lead development activity is accurately documented in CRM.
  • Provide high-touch service and deliver luxury-level support experiences to clients.
  • Exceed client expectations in every interaction and stay focused on their unique needs.
  • Represent the PXG brand with contagious enthusiasm, warmth, and deep product knowledge.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change with Outbound call campaigns.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Experience and Education Required:

  • At least 2-5 years of customer service and/or sales via outbound calls
  • Demonstrated lead development and outbound sales achievement
  • Strong track record of nurturing and closing new accounts 
  • Golf industry experience preferred

Skills Required:

  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to respond effectively in all situations
  • Strong customer orientation and passion to solve issues in a professional, flexible and service-orientated manner
  • Strong grammatical skills
  • Strong and articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer appointment/scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on team orientation with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Positive attitude is a must
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically, Word and Excel, and previous customer database experience highly desired
  • Above-average typing speed (50 wpm or more) is mandatory
  • Thorough, meticulous attention to detail.

Working Conditions: 

This position works remotely.  Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods.
