Description:

This position is responsible for:

  • Managing and growing the Golftown business and relationship.
  • Developing relationships and business with additional Canadian Wholesale accounts.
  • Working with internal PXG teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of the Wholesale channel within wider PXG business.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales amongst Canada Wholesale accounts, with a focus on biggest retailers communicating with all buyers and teams on a weekly basis.
  • Be the lead in spotting and developing new opportunities.
  • Create and issue winning quotes; negotiate and close all contracts.
  • Expand our business into new regions and new clients.
  • Increase brand awareness and sales across Canada.
  • Take a proactive approach to senior-level relationship building with wholesale clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge in all PXG products.
  • Collaborate with National Mobile Sales Manager, in building out training and service guidelines for external store-level employees at Golftown (and other Wholesale partner accounts as needed), for the purpose of training external store employees both in person and virtually, and assistingwith product knowledge and sell-through.
  • Understand and be able to counter our competitors’ products and positioning.
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products in agreed timelines.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Manage the Wholesaler order entry activity with team in Canada and the PXG HQ USA team.
  • Manage the expectations and process around delivery of product both from USA/MX build facility and direct from factory.
  • Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and provide recommendations for increased sales within accounts that need additional attention.
  • Travel to our Arizona base of operations, where required (minimum bi-annually).
  • Travel as and when required in Canada to visit/open/train accounts.
  • Develop and implement email/call schedules with effective follow up in conjunction with the marketing team to remain top-of-mind with wholesale clients.
  • Interface and work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure across the company.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Experience and Education Required:

  • 10+ years Sales Experience
  • Additional French Language skills, advantageous.

  • Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Other:

  • Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

The basic salary for this role is CAD $115,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of CAD $125,000–$140,000.
