Description:
The Mobile Sales Leader will work in conjunction with National Mobile Sales Manager to lead PXG’s field sales in the achievement of outlined sales goals and KPI’s while ensuring field operation policies, processes and procedures are clearly outlined and implemented across all locations. As a remote based position, the Mobile Sales Leader will foster hub relationships and green grass accounts to drive field sales as outlined in the business planning process and monitor results.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with National Mobile Sales Manager, identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities to achieve field sales objectives and market growth while maintaining effective cost control practices.
- Develops and presents monthly/quarterly field business updates, including accomplishments towards objectives to PXG’s leadership team.
- Complete sales objectives by helping teams build and grow sales pipelines within designated channels.
- Develop salesforecasts; interpreting results/providing recommendations to drive business forward. Regularly track sales promotions for effectiveness.
- Synergize sales efforts by identifying the forecast for each distinctive channel, and take steps to define, initiate and implement respective channel responsibilities. Integrate channel activities to maintain strategic partnerships, execute joint selling initiatives, and reduce customer confusion.
- Provide high level of customer service to existing customers and actively develop prospect network both domestically and internationally. Regularly engage prospects for future partnerships and foster long-term relationships. Provide high level of customer satisfaction without compromising company profits.
- Work across PXG teams to identify, recommend and implement improvements to provide better service and support of the overall sales and relationship management process. Partner with Department Heads to ensure alignment between teams and resolve issues when necessary.
- Regularly track, evaluate and communicate updates to senior leadership on progress against strategic plans, adjusting to increase productivity as appropriate.
- Select, hire, train and coach teams to achieve high level performance.
- Provide exceptional customer experience while properly custom fitting all potential customers, ensuring the best possible equipment for them.
- Fosters team environment and leads professional development of field team.
Experience and Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in business management, sales, and operations
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales and operational goals
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded, adaptable leader with proven track record of successfully introducing, implementing, and executing retail business plans

Compensation:
- $100,000
Working Conditions:
This role is remote based. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods. Travel is expected 25% of the time to various locations.
