Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) was founded by American entrepreneur and philanthropist Bob Parsons with the sole intent to design and develop the world’s finest golf clubs – and we believe we have done just that!  We pour every ounce of innovation into each club design, from drivers to putters, and to our coveted golf apparel collections that combine performance, luxury, and style.  We are actively building our operations into the Japanese market, and this position will be part of the leadership team tasked with developing strategic business planning.   Ready to become part of the PXG team?


This position is responsible for performing both physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving, shipping, reconciling sales orders, invoicing, and closing orders in the CRM/MRP System. This position is also responsible for providing day-to-day leadership as it pertains to the logistics team. 


  • Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team
  • Take ownership of shipping processes, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and implement best practices, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics 
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped and received
  • Invoicing shipped sales orders
  • Review customer orders examine for appropriate ship method and ship-to address.
  • Prepare and execute shipments for domestic and international customers in compliance with sales order requests
  • Receive and properly account for inbound merchandise from both domestic and international vendors
  • Coordinate with a local team as well as third-party logistic partner(s) on all inbound receivables
  • Inventory Control support, picking, and other materials management functions 
  • Perform other related duties as required 
  • Special projects as assigned 

Experience and Education Required:

  • 5 years of working in a high paced logistics environment with international reach
  • Logistics and shipping experience

Skills Required:

  • A professional, positive, and flexible attitude
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, to guide additional logistics support 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is important (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Macro, Dashboard, etc.)
  • Proficient in other MS Office: PowerPoint, Word is required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player, willing to jump in and help where needed
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter does not need constant direction
  • Ability to collaborate internally with support teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance, Sales, etc.)

Working Conditions:

This position primarily works in an office/golf shop environment. Must be able to bend, crouch, sit, stand and lift. Travel may be required.
