PXG is looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to work directly with and report to the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing. You will own the day-to-day executions of PXG’s email marketing and communications efforts for select international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage PXG’s owned and paid email marketing campaigns for select audiences, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Work closely with the in-market teams and other key internal stakeholders to maximize revenue, conversion, and customer engagement in the email channel.  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a strategy for email that includes automated email marketing and paid email placements.
  • Clearly communicate the end-to-end flow of email campaigns in creative briefs.
  • Maintain monthly planning calendars to update team members on upcoming campaigns and project status.
  • Route all campaigns to appropriate departments and individuals for edits and approvals.
  • Provide quality assurance for all emails including copy and image review.
  • Validate end-to-end email process across the entire campaign flow from subject line to email rendering to click through to landing page experience.
  • Test, measure, track, and optimize all email campaigns.
  • Other responsibilities as requested.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3 years of data-driven email marketing experience in a consumer-focused company or agency with a proven track record of driving revenue, conversion, and engagement.

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects among a wide range of internal stakeholders, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Very detail detail-oriented, well-organized professional who performs with a sense of urgency.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel and fundamental knowledge of key email marketing metrics and best practices.
  • Understands how to use email engagement and customer data to improve performance and approach.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus).

Working Conditions:

This position primarily works in an office environment but may be required to travel and be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
