This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven marketing. As PXG’s Digital Media Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in reaffirming our brand’s voice and driving measurable growth across digital channels.
This position will lead our paid social media efforts across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and management of multi-million-dollar budgets for digital media campaigns, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful creative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid digital media strategies for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels within set budgets.
- Plan, design, and execute geo-fencing campaigns to drive targeted engagement.
- Manage and optimize creative and content production, utilizing in-house teams, influencers, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Oversee campaign trafficking, quality control, and optimization to achieve return on investment (ROI) targets.
- Provide spend recommendations and optimization within multi-million-dollar campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor budget pacing and make real-time adjustments to optimize spend efficiency.
- Partner with sales, brand, marketing, and other teams to develop integrated media strategies, including audience segmentation, messaging, flighting, and budgeting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Tableau.
- Provide detailed performance reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, maintaining close communication with social media platform representatives.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Skills Required:
- Ability to collaborate internally with support teams (Marketing, Sales, Ops, BI, etc.)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience.
Years of Experience:
- 5 years of direct experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, preferably on the brand or client side.
Working Conditions:
This position primarily works in an office environment. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods.
