The role of Assembly Manager is responsible for managing assembly operations to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of club building.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards. 
  • Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
  • Leads, encourages and develops staff to accomplish goals and gives them the tools to succeed.  Acts as liaison for communications to inform personnel of communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results. 
  • Develops and maintains reporting to analyze workflow efficiencies, key performance indicators and trends for Production team. 
  • Ensures health and safety procedures are properly followed to the highest standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Education:

  • BA/BS in industrial, mechanical or business management beneficial
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in process-orientated operations and/or related industry.  

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Super organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter, with great initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate internally with support teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
