Job Description

This position is part of the YAM Corporate HR team and is responsible for providing a high level of support to our diverse business units. The position requires strong collaboration with senior business leaders to help lead the charge on staffing, org structure/design, employee relations and become a "trusted partner" on all people things. 


  • Collaborate with senior leaders regarding organizational structure and staffing
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation, focusing on work environment to ensure strong on-boarding experience
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions 
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews, track data and provide appropriate recommendations to ensure best-in-class work environment
  • Coach and counsel managers and employees for optium work performance  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in support of business objectives
  • Oversee and administer the annual performance review and on-going discussion process
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within the HR department
  • Maintain knowledge/remain current on changing federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Prepare various reports for senior leadership as requested
  • Assist HR Director with various projects as needed 
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Experience and Education Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
