Job Description

The Club Builder is responsible for the assembly, repair, and modification of high-performance golf clubs to match precise customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble entire golf clubs, including club head, shaft, and grip, to exact specifications.
  • Manage the club building area, ensuring it remains clean, organised, and fully stocked with necessary inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all builds.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of quality and attention to detail on all jobs.
  • Support the wider warehouse and production teams as needed, including tasks such as shipping, receiving, and picking.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Experience and Education Preferred:

  • 1 - 2 years of Club building experience preferred

  • A professional, positive and flexible attitude, and comfortable and wiling to learn new tasks
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to work in a team environment with emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Display a high level of initiative and accountability
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situation

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
